  • Montvale Commons – Special Needs Housing – Montvale, NJ: MEP design for a three story, 38,000 square foot, 28 unit Special Needs (Multiple Sclerosis) Housing apartment building, with common space and community facilities.
  • Walnut Street Preservation – Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for an energy efficiency upgrade project 54 existing two and three bedroom apartments. New systems included HVAC, plumbing, photovoltaic (solar) hot water, life safety and electrical distribution. LEED Silver Certification was achieved.
  • Sedgley Avenue – Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for an energy efficiency upgrade project 28 existing two and three bedroom apartments. New systems included HVAC, plumbing, photovoltaic (solar) hot water, life safety and electrical distribution.
  • Riverbend Apartments – Harrison, NJ: MEP design for a new 635,000 square foot, 328 unit apartment building with first floor retail and common areas.
  • Rivington Mews Condominiums – Rivington, CT: MEP design for ten new condominium buildings, each building containing 28 two bedroom condominiums.
  • Beachview Residences – Atlantic City, NJ: MEP design for a new 55 unit apartment building.
  • Derstine Run 2 – Hatfield, PA: MEP design for a new 60 unit apartment building with dining and common areas.
  • Morgan Village – Camden, NJ: MEP design for four new townhouse buildings with a total of 40 one, two, three and four bedroom residential units.
  • Villanueva Preservation – Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for an energy efficiency upgrade project 77 existing two and three bedroom townhouse buildings. New systems included HVAC, plumbing, photovoltaic (solar) hot water, life safety and electrical distribution.
  • Lillia Crippen Townhouses – Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for an energy efficiency upgrade project 26 existing two and three bedroom townhouse buildings. New systems included HVAC, plumbing, life safety and electrical distribution.
  • REO Scattered – Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for an energy efficiency upgrade project at various apartment buildings. New systems included HVAC, plumbing, life safety and electrical distribution for a total of 448 residential units plus common areas.
  • 1336 Arrott Street – Philadelphia, PA: Electrical design for a new electrical service, individual tenant metering and electrical distribution for a 122 unit apartment building.
  • 1418 Conlyn Street – Philadelphia, PA: Electrical design for a new electrical service and individual tenant metering for a 88 unit apartment building.
  • Park View Condominiums, Jersey City, NJ: MEP design for a five story, 50,000 square foot, 16 unit LEED Silver Certified condominium building, with common space and enclosed parking on the first floor.
  • Montgomery Mixed Use, Montgomery, NJ: MEP design for a new 20,000 square foot mixed use residential / retail building.
  • BrightView Woodbury Lake – Woodbury, NJ: MEP design for the retrofit of a three story 48,000 square foot Senior Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care facility.
  • BrightView Mt. Laurel – Mt. Laurel, NJ: MEP design for the retrofit of a three story 57,000 square foot Senior Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care facility.
  • Kershaw Commons – Freehold, NJ: MEP design for a three story, 51,000 square foot, 31 unit Special Needs (Multiple Sclerosis) Housing apartment building, with common space and community facilities.
  • Zion Towers, Newark, NJ: Electrical design for the retrofit of a 28 story senior affordable housing apartment building. The project includes the replacement and upgrade of all MEP equipment and systems including the ventilation (outside air) air handling unit, exhaust fans for bathrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, emergency generator, fire pump, fire pump controllers, domestic water booster pumps, hot water recirculation pumps and sewage ejection pumps. All corridor, common area, building exterior and residential unit lighting and occupancy controls were replaced. New security, surveillance and access systems were designed.
  • Shalom Towers, Newark, NJ: Electrical design for the retrofit of a 14 story senior affordable housing apartment building. The project includes the replacement and upgrade of all MEP equipment and systems including the ventilation (outside air) air handling unit, exhaust fans for bathrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, emergency generator, fire pump, fire pump controllers, domestic water booster pumps, hot water recirculation pumps and sewage ejection pumps.   • Plymouth Hall, Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for a four story, 60,000 square foot, 53 unit handicap accessible apartment building, with common space and community facilities on the first floor. Project entailed specifying Energy Star electrical fixtures and equipment to meet PFHA requirements.
  • Centerville Housing South, Camden, NJ: MEP design for 78 new two, three and four bedroom town homes.
  • Duncan Avenue Condominiums, Jersey City, NJ: MEP design for a five story, 45,000 square foot, 24 unit (affordable housing) LEED Silver Certified condominium building, with common space and enclosed parking on the first floor.
  • Living Springs, Delanco Twp, NJ: Energy modeling to determine the energy savings and return on investment for the following buildings:
    • Four story, 103,000 square foot, 100 unit senior affordable housing apartment building.
    • Two story, 30,000 square foot, 20 unit (special needs) apartment building.
    • Two story 32,000 square foot medical / office building.
  • Living Springs, Delanco Twp, NJ: MEP design for a four story, 103,000 square foot, 100 unit senior affordable housing apartment building, with common space and community facilities on the first floor.
  • 54 Bond Street, New York, NY: MEP design for a six story retail / luxury condominium building totaling 36,000 square feet. The first floor was designed for two retail spaces. A new pool was designed for the sub-cellar floor including dehumidification equipment. Floors two through six are luxury condominiums. All new utilities were required.
  • Block 104 Adams Street, Hoboken, NJ: MEP design for a five story, 60,000 square foot, 55 unit apartment building, with common space and community facilities on the first floor.
  • Cedarbrook Apartments, Plainfield, NJ: MEP design for the retrofit of a 14 story, 140 unit senior affordable housing apartment building. The building HVAC system was a hot water baseboard system served by oil fired modular boilers. Ventilation air was provided from a central rooftop ventilation air handling unit. The ventilation air system was replaced with improved temperature and humidity controls incorporated. The boilers were replaced and the system converted to natural gas. All central rooftop exhaust systems were replaced. The fire alarm system was renovated to comply with local codes. The emergency generator, fire pump, fire pump controllers, domestic water booster pumps, hot water recirculation pumps and sewage ejection pumps were also replaced. New security, surveillance and access systems were designed.
  • Summit Heights Condominiums, Jersey City, NJ: MEP design for a six story, 65,000 square foot, 45 unit (affordable housing) LEED Certified condominium building, with common space and enclosed parking on the first floor.
  • Sea Breeze Apartments, Lacey, NJ: MEP design for a three story, 95,000 square foot, 100 unit (senior affordable housing) apartment building, with common space and community facilities on the first floor.
  • Brownstones at Englewood, Englewood, NJ: Detailed electrical load study of newly constructed mixed use (residential / commercial) facility. A 4000 amp 208 volt, 3 phase service is provided to serve 108 residential units, house services and five retail stores. Redistribution of the service was required to complete the retail fit-out.
  • Mine Hill Town Homes, Mine Hill Township, NJ: MEP design for four new three bedroom three story typical town homes for multi-building configuration and construction.
  • The Promenade, Summit, NJ: MEP design for a new 72,000 square foot mixed use residential / retail building. The building included 22 luxury condominiums, 8 retail stores and an enclosed parking garage.
  • Commodore Bay, Avalon, NJ: MEP design for a three story, 15,200 square foot, six unit luxury condominium building with parking and retail on the first floor.
  • Heritage Village, Lawrence Township, NJ: MEP design for a three story, 77,000 square foot, 64 unit condominium building with 8,200 square foot of retail space on the first floor. Electrical design of a new 45 kW utility-interactive photovoltaic (solar) system for house and common area electrical loads.
  • Bernard Dubin House, Cherry Hill, NJ: MEP design for the retrofit of a 13 story, 126 unit senior affordable housing apartment building. The building HVAC system was a two-pipe system comprised of oil fired modular boilers and a remote cooling tower, residential fan coil units and a central ventilation air handling unit. The boilers were replaced and the system converted to natural gas. All residential HVAC units were replaced with water source heat pumps to provide true individual space temperature control. The ventilation air system was replaced with improved temperature and humidity controls incorporated. All central exhaust systems were replaced.
  • Park Place Condominiums at Garden State Park, Cherry Hill, NJ: MEP design of a six unit 12,000 square foot and an eight unit 16,000 square foot luxury townhouse building. The townhouse units vary in size from 1,100 to 1,700 square foot. Project included site adapt design for 12 buildings.
  • St. Ignatius Angela Court Senior Residence, Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for a 41,000 square foot, 54 unit senior housing apartment building.
  • Clara Baldwin Senior Residence, Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for the renovation of an existing five story, 50,500 square foot, 54 unit senior affordable housing apartment building. The existing boilers, ventilation (outside air) air handling units, exhaust fans, booster pumps and emergency generator were replaced as part of the project. Project entailed specifying Energy Star electrical fixtures and mechanical equipment to meet PFHA requirements. New security, surveillance and access systems were designed.
  • Port Capital Village, Elkridge, MD: MEP design of 82 two and three bedroom apartments totaling 92,000 square feet, plus a 2,500 square foot community building.
  • Alden Park Condominiums, College Park, MD: MEP design for the renovation of 24 three bedroom town homes.
  • Berkley Condominiums, College Park, MD: MEP design of the renovation of 32 existing two, three, four and five bedroom town homes. This project included the complete MEP design of a new 3,500 square foot community center.
  • W.C Monterey Condominiums, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey: MEP design for a five story, 44,345 square foot, 14 unit condominium building with parking on the first floor.
  • Elmwood Gardens Apartments, Coatesville, PA: MEP design for the renovation of 60 one, two and three bedroom condominiums; totaling approximately 31,500 square feet.
  • Oceanside at Dune, Avalon, NJ: Electrical design for a three story retail/condominium building totaling 30,500 square feet, with the first floor being retail space consisting of 8,500 square feet and the second and third floors each with eight luxury condominiums.
  • Williamsburg Square Condominiums, Hillsborough, NJ: MEP design for two story eight unit condominium building with full basements totaling approx 11,000 square feet. The original building was completely destroyed by fire.
  • Toll Brothers – The Highlands, Cranberry, NJ: Design of the complete addressable fire alarm system for a 93 Unit, 149,000 square foot condominium building. Also designed domestic and fire water service entrances for the building.
  • Hopewell Gardens, Hopewell, NJ: Design new domestic water and fire water booster pump systems and primary electrical system for three story, 150 unit senior residence apartment building.
  • Private Residence, Chester Springs, PA: HVAC design for the retrofit of a historic three story, 2,500 square foot residence.
  • Private Residence, Malvern, PA: HVAC design for the retrofit of a historic three story, 4,000 square foot residence.
  • Private Residence, Sea Isle City, NJ: MEP design of a three story, 6,000 square foot residence.
  • Private Residence, Longport, NJ: MP design of a three story, 11,000 square foot residence.
  • Private Residence, Medford, NJ: MP design of a three story, 4,500 square foot residence. Systems included radiant floor heating.
