  • Discovery Charter School – Philadelphia, PA: MEP for the design of a new 100,000 square foot school for kindergarten through eighth grade.
  • Richmond Avenue School – Atlantic City, NJ: Electrical design for the new school’s security, surveillance and card access systems; IT, telephone and data systems; clock, paging, scoreboard and sound systems; and stage sound and lighting systems.
  • Ocean City Intermediate School – Ocean City, NJ: HVAC Design for the complete retrofit of the existing 90,000 square foot school’s HVAC systems, equipment and distribution.
  • Philadelphia Free Library – Philadelphia, PA: Electrical design for a new Music Room project in the existing Museum.
  • Philadelphia Museum of Art – Philadelphia, PA: Electrical design for Mezzanine Storage, Education Areas and Kitchen retrofit projects in the existing Museum.
  • Egg Harbor Township – Veterans Park Field House, Egg Harbor Township, NJ: MEP design for a new 4,000 square foot athletic field house, storage area and concession facility.
  • Egg Harbor Township – Public Works Office Facility, Egg Harbor Township, NJ: MEP design for a new 7,000 square foot office, training and locker room facility.
  • The Pointe at Lake Tappan Clubhouse, Livingston, NJ: MEP design for the new 11,000 square foot clubhouse / fitness center and apartment leasing facility.
  • Egg Harbor Township – Childs-Kirk Field House, Egg Harbor Township, NJ: MEP design for a new 4,000 square foot athletic field house, storage area and concession facility.
  • St. Vincent DePaul – Egg harbor Township, NJ: MEP Design for a new 800 person, 18,000 square foot church.
  • Jersey City Armory – Jersey City, NJ: MEP design for retrofit of existing 300 seat cafeteria and kitchen facilities.
  • Bordentown High School – Bordentown, NJ: Electrical design for new field house and athletic field lighting systems.
  • King of Kings Church – Basking Ridge, NJ: MEP design for a 21,000 square foot tenant fit-out of a new church including new lighting and HVAC equipment and distribution.
  • Kingston Fire Company – Kingston, NJ: MEP design for two new apparatus bays, office and dispatch renovations and a new electrical service to the facility.
  • Palmyra Community Center – Palmyra, NJ: Geothermal system (closed loop, vertical) engineering and design for the new 18,000 square foot community center building.
  • Harrison Township Water Department – Harrison, NJ: Electrical design of a new 50 kW utility-interactive photovoltaic (solar) system for the existing facility.
  • Elizabeth Academic High School – Elizabeth, NJ: Plumbing design for the new 222,000 square foot four-story school.
  • Princeton University, Campus Club, Princeton, NJ: MEP design for the renovation of a 11,000 square foot historic building eating club. New systems included full fire sprinkler, fire alarm, lighting, power and geothermal HVAC.
  • Princeton University, University Store, Princeton, NJ: MEP design for the renovation of a 8,000 square foot facility to be used for the sale of books, clothing, school supplies and snacks.
  • Egg Harbor Township Community Center, Egg Harbor Township, NJ: MEP design for a new 55,800 square foot community center, consisting of a gymnasium, auditorium/multi-purpose room, and separate art and music wings.
  • Chestnut Hill Village Community Center, Philadelphia, PA: MEP design for the new 8,000 square foot clubhouse / fitness center and apartment leasing facility.
  • Princeton Friends School, Princeton, NJ: MEP design for a new 10,000 square foot art & science classroom facility and 3,000 square foot administration building addition. HVAC incorporated a geothermal system with water source heat pumps.
  • Newtown Friends School, Newtown, PA: Multiple classroom HVAC upgrades.
  • Princeton University, McCosh Hall, Princeton, NJ: 26,000 square foot renovation of existing building. Improvements included specifying heating and cooling equipment and designing a new four pipe distribution system serving approximately 48 new fan coil units and new ventilation air handling equipment.
  • Florence High School, Florence, NJ: MEP design for a new maintenance building.
  • Kenneth R. Olson Middle School, Tabernacle, NJ: MEP of the renovation of the sanitary sewer treatment plant.
